Text message alerts
Pack to Dorm shipping alerts are optional texts about shipping labels you buy on Pack to Dorm. The program is run by JB Digital LLC.
How to opt in
- Log in at packtodorm.com and open your Profile.
- In Shipping texts, enter your US mobile number.
- Check the box. It is never checked for you, and you can buy labels without it.
- Tap Save text settings.
We only text the number you entered, and only about labels you bought. To stop, reply STOP to any text, or uncheck the box and save. Reply HELP for help.

Shipping texts
Optional. Texts when a label you bought is ready, shipped, and delivered.
US numbers only.
What we text
Up to three texts for each label you buy: when the label is ready to print, when the carrier first scans the box, and when it is delivered. No marketing or promotional texts.
- “Pack to Dorm: Your shipping label for box 2 is ready. Print it at packtodorm.com/label. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “Pack to Dorm: Box 2 is on the way. USPS tracking 9400111899223197428490.”
- “Pack to Dorm: Box 2 was delivered. USPS tracking 9400111899223197428490.”
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how many labels you buy. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one text confirming it, and then no more. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@packtodorm.com. The HELP reply reads: “Pack to Dorm shipping alerts: label ready, shipped and delivered texts for labels you buy. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Help: support@packtodorm.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Your number
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Texts are sent through Twilio, which delivers them for us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
